Passing Your Exam

Each state has different guidelines on their exam processes.

Most states impose a qualifying exam with a minimum passing score (60-80% depending on the state)

The time allotted for you to complete this exam also varies. (Typically 1 minute per question, some states allow more)

To learn about your state specific exam guidelines, go to NAIC.org

The exams are not personalized.  (That means if you miss a question on a topic, the rest of your exam will focus on that weak area.)  This is a false rumor.

The exam is typically provided on a computer using multiple choice and sometimes true/false questions.

Follow the rules that the proctor imposes.  Don't cheat!  Don't even look like you could be cheating.
If you are caught cheating, you will be expelled from the testing location and may be suspended from the industry permanently.

Study appropriately and feel confident when you take your exam.  If you've followed my program correctly, trust yourself that you are prepared to pass.  Be thorough with my material.  You cannot just "wing it".

By following the steps on how to study, you will reduce your study time and absorb the concepts quickly.
